Q: What are the types of intellectual property and which property is intellectual property ?

Ans:  The properties are of two types: 

1. Corporeal Property 

2. Incorporeal Property 

Corporeal Property is a property which is tangible in nature whereas Incorporeal property is the property which is intangible in nature.

The examples of Corporeal Property are lands, Goods, etc.

The examples of Incorporeal property are lease, patents, servitudes, easement , copyright, trademark, etc.

The intellectual property is an Incorporeal property but its value is at par with Corporeal property.
